Johan Calner, currently the Head of Market Area, will take on the role of Property Manager for Skandia Fastigheter's Shopping Centers segment starting January 1, 2025.
With over two years of experience as Market Area Manager for Skandia Fastigheter’s shopping centers and a solid background in leadership positions at Citycon and CBRE, Johan will continue the successful work with the company’s ten retail locations, an area where he has already played an important role.

Skandia Fastigheter’s retail locations are market leaders in their catchment areas and have shown impressive growth in recent years.

Johan will succeed Bo Jansson, who will retire in May 2025 after more than 30 years with the company, including the last 18 years as Property Manager. Bo, together with colleagues from Skåne to Uppland, has driven the company's shopping center business to its current strong market position.
